1. Payment Methods

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when your order arrives.

  • Secure Online Payment (coming soon) – All online payments will be processed safely through trusted gateways with SSL encryption.


2. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

  • Customers are required to provide accurate contact and delivery information.

  • Orders may be cancelled if payment is not completed or verified.


3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Once an order is placed and delivered, refunds are not available.

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • The ordered item is out of stock or cannot be delivered.

    • The product received is damaged or defective, and exchange is not possible.

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
